Art Director for a gala!!!!
So my friend Crystal, an amazing woman and a public relations dream, works for a foundation for foster children here in town and she asked me to come on board to help her with this gala. She approached me and asked if I could help them with graphics for the event. So, after some brainstorming with her, I started coming up with designs to fit the theme. The theme we came up with was Reach For Your Dreams in support of foster children being able to do so! So, I designed some cute clip art of children reaching for stars with adorable swirling clouds behind them. I coordinated the donation packets and sponsorship sheets, and then the postcards, the mailers, the flyers, the posters, the tickets, the everything! And then, my favorite part, we coordinated the color scheme to match the tables and signs at the gala! It was so adorable and I loved how everything matched! The evening was amazing with live music, speakers, catered dinner, a wine pull and silent auction! I believe they raised around $15,000 this year. I think I have more pictures somewhere.... not sure! I take so many!
