Halloween 2016 at the Event Center

I did not learn my lesson the first time and I painted my car again! This time it was painted live right in front of the PV Event Center where all of the little trick-or-treaters were lined up for the safe trick-or-treating event! They loved it! We also passed out some fun coloring sheets with coupons and a coloring contest attached!
